enjoying the food and festivities in the ballroom.
For a small price, we enjoyed food, friendship
and dancing in the ballroom at Downtown @ 8:08
(the old Goshen theater) Friday night from
8:00 to 11:00.
The food was very good. Pictured here arepozole (tomato-based soup with hominy),
Honduran tamale wrapped in a banana leaf,
and a virgin lime margarita. Of course,
chips and salsa was available as an appetizer.
Decorations around the margarita table
These couples were outstanding dancers.I tried a little bit but my running shoes stuck
to the hardwood so I just enjoyed watching the
others.

Oh, that looks like SO much fun!!! I'm jealous. There's a big cinco de mayo celebration here in Portland on the waterfront but we've never gone. We usually try to be home when there are fireworks because Keegan gets really freaked out.
