The A-frame building might not be worth keeping.
Front entrance faces a major street in Goshen
Small one-car carage next to main entrance
off driveway/alley
A view of the main entrance and kitchen window.
The home has 60 amp electricity. See the irregularity in the siding near
the front? It comes off but we're not sure what is inside. Since it goes
to the kitchen, I think it might be the garbage disposer equipment.

There are not as many negatives for this home but the largest is its location. It is on a busy road and the home sits no more than 15 feet from it. Apparently, this road is about to be widened which would decrease the distance by another 4’ to 5’. At 40’ x 112’, the lot is smaller than both the homes that I have previously toured. The small A-frame barn in the backyard is not very nice but it and the small garden could be removed to increase the size of the yard. With the main entrance from an alley/driveway to the west, there is not much room for parking. The one-car garage is nice but the slab behind it is the only other good place to park other than the backyard.
I am looking at another home between the high school and the college Friday morning. It is on two lots, which would feel pretty spacious compared to the first three. After that, there is at least one home I hope to tour on Goshen's north side next week. Yet another home between the college and the high school is for sale by its owner. I want to call them to see what they are asking. Of the three homes I have viewed, the last two are still possibilities. I am not rushing yet, but it would be nice to move in by the end of June before a very busy July. The search is on. Where will this exciting journey end?
