Mississippi Memories, Part I

For the next week, I will be posting photos and commentary about my mission trip to Mississippi last week. Sixteen people from my church's singles group, SALT, built a deck, porch railing, porch steps, walkway and privacy fence for a family of three in Pascagoula, about a mile from the Gulf of Mexico. Leslie is the mother of Ashley, a Goshen College graduate and member of Maple City Chapel. It was a long, eighteen-hour trip down. We arrived at about 11 p.m. Saturday, March 10.
